[SOLVED] Could not connect to wicd's D-Bus interface

After fresh install BackTrack 5 R3 Gnome 64-bit version, by default it using Wicd as network manager. Apparently, there was an error every time wicd is start after starting BackTrack.

Here an error(showing on my BackTrack)

Its little annoying me and wish to turn an error dialog off. So, after googling a while,i found a solution from the internet. Sorry,i couldn't remember the source. BTW, thank for the helper and credit goes to them.

1- On top panel, click "System" > Preferences > Startup Applications
2- At the "Startup Programs" tab, click "Add" and enter following information:

Name: Wicd startup(this line can be any word)
Command: /etc/init.d/wicd start(exactly like this)
Comment: start wicd on startup(this can be any word)

The overall information is like this:

Disable Angels Online Auto Snapshot

For me,this is kind of annoying feature. What they do? You can check your game directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Angels Love Online\cap" you can see much,many picture files taken automactically when your character is dead.

This is actually done by angel baby(ALT+R). If you no wake up your angel baby, this snapshot will not be taken/captured. A good question WTH i only need play Angels Online with angel baby feature disabled. What purpose of built-in game bot then?

To answer your question, there a few ways to help you:

1- Reverse engineering
You edit the certain code do to your game. You need a debugger to help you with this. Use your mind,creativity,knowledge and of course you also need Google. Sorry, i will not explain the detail here. This is beyond illegal. Even if you can do this, i suggest you to not very proud because your action might be detected. So, i'm suggesting: edit and defend/cover your tracks

2- Disable write access permission
This way is more safe and easy to apply. To do this, you need administrator access which allow you to change file authorization/attribution. Let do it:

NOTE: Tested on NTFS only because i use cacls
1- Open your command prompt(Windows+R>cmd)
2- Navigate to your Angels Online directory by exec this command cd /D "C:\Program Files (x86)\Angels Love Online"
3- Next exec this command cacls cap /D EVERYONE

You're done. Your \cap folder is no longer accessible by client. What you just did? Read Google again :D
You just denied all level of authorization to edit that folder. You can check another syntax by exec this in cmd cacls /?

Angels Online Client Data File Explaination

Hello again!

If you play Angels Online game, you MUST have working client with your own directory(location). For example,my AO directory is on Program Files on Local Disk C. Here mine:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Angels Love Online"

Inside that directory also you can see 4 folder name:
1- cap
2- save
3- update
4- zdata

Inside "\save" directory, you can see a few folders name:

1- cfg
2- data
3-  pic

So for this post, my working directory like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Angels Love Online\save\data"

Through that, you can see they're 3 kinds of file/format and explain below:

1- 05charname   #charname is your character name
This file contain data about your stall/vend. To play with this file,you must know how their format and how they work. This is generated by system in game but you are capable to edit them again as long you know how it work. Their format is like this:

NOTE: Ignore blue text. It just explaination

[SELL]   #type of transaction.this case,i selling
ID1 = 1399440601   #generated by system+server(1st layer)
ID2 = 677371200   #generated by system+server(2nd layer) 
Num = 1   #quantity
Price = 2000000   #price/amount

2- Quest_5_charid_charname.data   #charid=loginID & charname=character name in game
This contain data about your character configuration of your quest(ALT+Q). What quest you check/uncheck,quest you take,etc..about quest

3- RobotData_5_charid_charname.data   #same as point no 2 above
This file we can called it "personal belonging". It is file about your angel baby(ALT+R) configuration/setting. You noticed it when you login your character on someone computer and you will see, angel baby is not same as you set it. Wonder why?? This because that computer does not have this file(your character configuration). If you lazy enough to set it back,you just need to bring together this file.
